1. Overview
SmartDM.ai ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Mobixo AI, is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for our subscription-based AI-powered Instagram DM auto-reply service.
2. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to Professional plan features. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will be downgraded automatically with no charge.
3. Subscription Refunds
Our refund policy for paid subscriptions is as follows:
- Within 14 days of first payment: You may request a full refund if you are not satisfied with the service. No questions asked.
- After 14 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period.
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a refund within 30 days of your annual payment. After 30 days, you may cancel your subscription and continue using the service until the end of your billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@mobixo.ai with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request
We will process your refund request within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Account termination due to violation of Meta/Instagram platform policies
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle (you can cancel anytime from the billing page)
- Service issues caused by third-party platforms (Instagram, Meta) beyond our control
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing page. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after the billing period ends, then deleted
7. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax calculation, and payment processing on our behalf. For billing inquiries, you can also access the Paddle customer portal from your billing page.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
