To request deletion of your data from SmartDM.ai, please email us at support@mobixo.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

You can also remove SmartDM.ai from your Facebook account settings. We then delete your Instagram connection, your DM history and the related knowledge base content, and show the status of that deletion on this page.

We process every request within 30 days.
